We bought the tent two years ago and have had no problems as of yet. We use it canoe camping in the BWCA and thru very windy and rainy conditions it has done its job well. I like the 4 person for the room it provides. We use a ground cloth to protect the base and have had to tie it down only in very windy conditions.
