Dana Design Trikaya Tents

Dana Design Trikaya Tents

DESCRIPTION

This rock-solid tent comfortably shelters three people and a myriad of gear. This is a great tent for expeditions in hostile environments, just ask Donini, yet makes for a spacious base camp in friendlier surroundings.

The Dana Trikaya is the best tent on the planet, period. I have been the manager of a local gear store for almost two years, and I have sat through a lot of clinics on tents. I have tried almost every other big name out there, and no one can match the construction of Dana. The single wall design with 6 vents is ideal for anything but the middle of summer. I have used this tent in a wide range of temperatures and never seen a drop of condensation on the inside. Most people think that single wall tents are only for mountaineering, but they are ideal for any situation where you would use the rainfly on a double wall. Most double wall tents are non-breathable heat bubbles. The trikaya's breathable fabric and adjustable vents make for a true 4 saeson tent; Better than a three season for spring summer and fall, and ideal for winter and mountaineering. The tent to buy if you truly can't afford the cheap stuff.
