I bought this tent about a year ago and have used it about a dozen time during the spring, summer and fall. It is very well designed with two doors, lots of mesh, and two good sized vestibules. The assembly is easy and only takes a couple minutes. This tent is very large inside even for two people and gear, and has an absurd ammount of storage space. The fly and the body seams are taped, which i appreciated during a downpour when i stayed dry as a bone. The only drawback is that its slightly heavy for a 3 season tent, but i love it nonetheless.

Customer Service

I ordered a groundcloth with the tent from rockcreek, but they apparently forgot to include it with my package. A simple phone call resolved the problem and i had my ground cloth two days later.

I bought this tent a year ago and fell in love with it on the first trip I took it on and it hasn't let me down since. it is rated as a 3 season but my first trip with it was in colorado during the big blizzard last year and it held up better than I could have ever expected even through a night of over 2 feet of snow. Love the design, set up and take down are easy for one person. I bought the 3p and it has plenty of room for two and gear. But all I really have to say is that I love this tent.

This is one of the best tent designs I've ever owned. Truely bombproof, whether it be rain, snow, or heavy wind. I've used it in all these conditions with great success. I recently bought another only to find they replaced the "burrito" sack with a cheesy stuff sack style. Why? Disappointing. But the tent is still a performer which deserves an all season rating. BRING BACK THE BURRITO!

Great tent. I got the 3p for the extra space - use it for 2 man backpacking. Excellent design - camped on the top of a mountain with substantial wind, and it held up well. Very spacious and sturdy, with nice features. Love the design.

This tent rocks. Utterly bombproof, with easy entry and exit. Simple 3 pole design that one person can easily set up, and it has two doors. The burrito sack even clips in at your feet for gear storage. I'm 6'4", and this tent has room to spare, unlike some North Face tents I've tried out. It came down to this and the Mountain Hardwear Room With A View, but the two doors on the Marmot clinched the deal. Another UVX window in the top of the fly might be nice, but for what I paid I'm not complaining.
