Not really a 3-person tent. More like a 2-person and a dog tent. Without the dog its fine for storing your pack since the vestibule is pretty useless. The slope of the fly over the door doesn't allow for easy acess into the tent and storage in the vestibule ( good for boots ). There is a small vent in the vestibule which doesn't do that much for ventilation. It needs more mesh, especially at the rear of the tent. The fly is leaky, so plenty of seam sealing is a must. The floor of the tent is incredibly waterproof. (I believe the newer version is taped) The small pole over the door has a really bad habit of flipping down over the door which really pisses you off when it rains. Its very light and packs up small. Since I got this tent for a really good price ($200 CND) I will rate it higher than if I had to pay full price for it .
