The first thing that attracted me to these poles was the cork grips which have proved to be very effective. I find the cork to be very comfortable. The adjustablity of the poles is also very good. These poles also have a carbide tip that provides a secure grip on slippery rock and scree. My only complaint about these poles is that I did experience some slippage when using the poles on extra hard surfaces. I'm planning on calling Life-Link and checking on this. I purchased these poles for $65 and my value rating reflects this price

Customer Service

I asked for the larger snow baskets to use during the winter and they shipped them to me free of charge. Great customer service!
