I love my Gerber Trailrider - it's the best tool ever invented for horse-riders because of the one-handed flick mechanism. So many of my friend want one and I can't believe they've stopped making them!
Perhaps if they'd bothered to market them in Europe they'd know that we NEED this kind of thing.

Customer Service

Helpful but limited. The scissors need repairing - but the UK agent doesn't want to sent it for repair, just to replace with a new one that doesn't have the hoofpick.
