these are great for early season scrambling. I use them with my Asolo MTF 600's and they work great. they are nice and light. however you can't use them for waterfall or technical climbing. but i've used them for glacier travel. I'll use my SwitchBlades for waterfalls. these are great for the price (82 cdn)
