Mountaineer

I don't see many of you out there with these blue beauties on. But you should ditch whatever pair of leathers you have on right now and order a pair up. These are the perfect hybrid boot. From long backpacking that involves wet, snowy mixed conditions to vertical ice and alpine climbing. I call them my "Teton boots", because they do well for everything up there. A quick run up upper exum one day (the cluaz sole does supurb on rock), then its around the Enclosure to do some pitches of alpine ice. I have used them during long days on frontpoint in Ouray, and LOVE their sensitivity and stability. The GTX adds that extra assurance that my feet AINT going to be wet when I'm far from someplace dry. I love these boots, and will replace them asap (if they EVER die).

Customer Service

Haven't had any problem with the product to test out the customer service! Maybe the customer service sucks because they don't get much practice.
