A great shoe! I like it for short, thin, hard trad lines. Also great for everything else!! I love it! Couldn't be happier. I got mine for $50!

The moccasym is one of the best values on the market today. For only one hundred bones you get a killer slipper that edges pretty well, so sensitive that you can feel the hold, and the rubber will stick to anything (even those desperate 5.12+ slabs). The only downside is that like most slippers the moccasym won't last all that long.

Great slipper for bouldering and hard redpoints. super sensitive, will stick to the smallest sketchiest crystal. A little wider and a tad less precise than the La Sportiva Cobra, but a little stiffer and somewhat better edging (with the understanding that it is a slipper and no tremendous edger) as well. Stretches quite a bit so buy extra tight. Heel is a little loose and a real downside for heel-hooks. A Durable slipper that will stand to be re-soled. And regardless of what they say about all sticky rubber being the same C-4 just feels better than XSV.

I've owned two pairs now, and both have held up really well through a re-sole. I had a problem with one pair, where a hole developed pretty early over one of my toes. By the time I got around to calling Five-Ten to tell them about the problem, I'd worn the shoe down pretty well, so I could not get it replaced. They seemed very helpful, however, and I got the distinct impression that if I hadn't procrastinated so long on calling, I would have gotten a new pair.

I am primarily a climber who likes slippers. I love to be able to hop off a route and take my shoes off easily. When wearing slippers I love that I can feel ever little piece of texture on the wall.
I've had my Mocasyms for about three years now. They are currently being resoled. I can't wait to get them back. These shoes are great for overhanging routes, steep bouldering, plastic, face routes, pockets. They have C4 rubber so they stick awesome. I would highly recommend these shoes. When you buy a pair (as with any slipper) fit them tight....and I mean TIGHT. They are meant to stretch a bit to conform to your feet. They will hurt like mad the first few times you wear them, but you will grow accustom to both the pain and the performance.
An additional bonus is that these shoes are a great value and have outlasted any other slipper that I have tried. They hold their shape well and they are very durable.

Five.Ten: although they make crappy approach shoes (every pair I've owned has torn up within a month) they make awesome climbing shoes.
Stickest rubber you will find. I've resoled my Boreal Bambas with Stealth C4 because Boreal Fusion rubber is like climbing with varnish on the bottom of your shoes.

These shoes were a great buy for me for the money. I was lucky enough to find them at half off. I have mainly used them for indoor climbing but hopefully that will change once the weather get nicer. Over all these are really a good shoe. The rubber soles are great and are nice and narrow to be able to stick to some really tiny features. The sole is a bit thinner then some shoes that I have tried but my feet were able to get used to that. The fit of the shoe is great even without any laces! One problem that I have noticed is that after wearing them for a long time, if your feet start to sweat too much your foot may move around a little inside of the shoe.

This is by far my favourite climbing shoe. I especially like the easy to slip on elastic system with the three strategically located pull tabs. This slipper fits like a comfy pair of socks. The Mocassym is a excellent high performance shoe and particularly accels on pocket climbs. When new the mocassym is great for edging on hard face climbs but this ability decreases however with heavy use. The moccasym is a great shoe, both indoor and outdoor, and any place where performance is a must.

These are an awesome slipper, the 5.10 rubber can't be beat and they are awesome on steep routes requiring delicate footwork, they don't edge that well (except when new) but they do everything esle really well. Buy em real small, they stretch heaps. Great slipper, great fit, great rubber.

Great shoe for bouldering. 5.10's Stealth rubber can't be beat. Only down side is the elastic on the uppers tends to wear fast, losing it's grip.

This is one of the most versatile, high performance shoes I've found. The sole is super sticky and flexible, yet is durable enough for the abusive, high-end climbing I've put it through. I love the easy to pull on slipper design, and it fits like a sock. Overall, an excellent buy for only $100. Buy the shoes pretty small, they do tend to stretch into a comfortable fit.

This shoe is perfect for gym climbing over the winter months. the soft rubber provides for excellent sensitivity and control on artificial climbing surfaces.
