I bought these shoes at my local gym on sale and so far they have been a good shoe. Good sole, multiple lacing options, and contoured toe box.

Wow! These shoes rule! Iv had my foot in plaster for two months, i got them in a sale at snow and rock 3 days before i broke my foot, all that time i waited to try them and they didnt disapoint. They are a really good pair of shoes, they are the first i have brought and they fit well better than some Scarpa Helix's and Reflex's i borrowed from someone. They are good for technical stuff and are well stable, the sizing is good and for the price of 35 quid they are wel worth the cost.

Decent shoe. Nice fit. except for the fact that after minimal use the sole started delaminating from the rand on the inside edge. This was not because the edges wore away. the edges were still fairly new. The glue just decided it didn't want to stick anymore. Then it started to happen on the heel cup. It's too bad cuz they fit my feet really well.

Customer Service

It was hard to find where I should even address my complaint.

WOW, Never have I had such a comfortable fit without sacrificing precision and feel. A great all around shoe with very good rubber (close but not C4 but way better than Boreal). Not for novices but intermediates could grow into them. Variable lacing gives you plenty of options. Little stretch.

Excellent for edging and pockets. They'd be even more potent with Stealth rubber. Experienced climbers may get more benefit than novices, as the shoes (if they fit properly) are great for directing force, hence increasing friction.

Really good boot. I've had them for about a year now and mainly use them indoors (5.10 Anasazi Lace-Up for outside). I bought them because they were on offer 40 pounds when they were first brought out and because they look funky. Have hardly stretched at all and they are pretty small for the size (normal shoe size 10.5, ninjas 7.5, torros 9.5) Make sure you try them on before buying. Rubber not as good as 5.10 but better than the Boreal. If they had Stealth on they'd be perfect.

Seeing how these shoes could only have been made for me, you will probably not like them!! Seriously, it is like the folks at Red Chilis took a mold of my foot and then made me these shoes. The amazing thing is that I ordered a 9.5 and they sent a 10.5, which couldn't have worked out better. The only special item of note is that if your foot is any wider than a mechanical pencil you may want to spend a little bit of time in them (at least an hour) to see if they are going to feel right. These are by far the best shoes I have ever had on!! Thank you Red Chili!!
