First climbing shoe I've owned. I've been overly pleased with them. I mainly boulder and the Inferno's have held up really well. I climb at least twice a week and after 7 months I'm finally starting to notice some wear in the rubber on the soles. I feel like these shoes smear great compared to a lot of the other people I see climbing at my gym with 5.10's, La Sportiva's, etc... The toe seems really good at jamming into small cracks and pockets. The shoes were a bit uncomfortable at first but after climbing for a while in them and breaking them in they are really comfortable. I climbed in them for four hours at a recent comp and only had to take them off about twice. I will definetly have these re-soled and climb in them for a long time to come. I'd reccomend these shoes to anyone.

Customer Service

I haven't had to deal with Scarpa. No problem with these shoes but I know that if I did have a problem REI is great about taking care of their customers.

Best shoes so far. Comfortable all day, precise edging and cracks, not bad on friction. I have widish feet and they seemed to not be a problem. I'm getting another pair as my first pair wore out...

Good shoes, I've been very pleased with them. The only problem I see is with Scarpa'a in general that they're not for people with wider feet. Pretty technical shoe for not too much dough.

I have been extremely happy with my Infernos. Fantastic in cracks, still good for smearing and edging, and comfortable enough for long mulitpitches. They took a while to break, but were well worth the time spent!

I think this is a very good shoe for for the price. It has excellent gripping. I have had the shoes for three months and love them.

I tried other shoes for more money. But they are not as nice, and they didnt have the great comfort.
