This is the companion video to the public television series; Dutch Oven & Camp Cooking, featuring PBS series host and camp cook C.W. “Butch” Welch. In his entertaining manner, Butch gives tips on outfitting the camp kitchen, introduces interesting and unique camp cooking techniques, highlights the use of the traditional Dutch oven, and the use of the charcoal as a fuel source.
