The Lotus Nemo - used to be the Patagonia Nemo - is a really nice dry top with latex seals at wrists and neck. It also has a double tunnel waist that allows you to make a water-tight seal with your spray skirt. I've only used it a few times, but so far, I'm quite happy with it. It is totally watertight for dunkings, and it breathes acceptably while paddling - comparable to goretex (Nemo uses patagonia's proprietary WB fabric). I combine it with a 3mm long john and booties for New England waters and this will be fine for all but winter sea kayaking. If you are going to be wearing a couple of layers under it for really cold paddling, you might want to go a size up.
