None I bought the Riot Hammer used for $300 and so far really like it. As a beginner paddler with only a few rivers under my belt, I wanted something fairly stable (the Hammer''s about 9 ft. so "big" compared to a lot of new boats, and hance a bit more stable), but wanted something with a bit of ability to carve, learn to play in holes, and surf.
