Good lightweight shoe, small area but good float.

Customer Service

I was lucky enough to get an early pair of these. In the White Mountains of New Hampshire you get a wide mix of snow cover so you need a versatile snowshoe. These fit the job pretty well. You could be on packed ice, four foot drifts of powder or rain soaked slush all in the same day. The small footprint and light weight made these shoes motor across just about everything. I did have a little icing problem under my boots as snow gets packed down. But these are easy to get out of and back in so it is not hard to fix.
