I believe these pants to be an exceptional product.I really like the fact that I can drop the seat without taking off my parka. These pants appear to be very well made,as is everything else we have purchased from feathered friends. The pants are extremely warm, like an oven for your legs, without being so hot that you cannot wear them .

Customer Service

I have always had reasonably good service, also a slight attitude occasionally. I have never had any need to utilize their warranty department

Great pants if your looking for a pair that will last through many expeditions. The material is tougher (slightly heavier)than the Volants but for the extra $100 your pants will last 4 times as long. My pair of Frontpoints even had reinforcements on the knees and the butt, which the Volants did not. They compress very small, to the size of a softball.

Customer Service

Ordered 3 products from them and every time they have absolutely the worst service I could possibly imagine. I've experienced everything from "it will be 4 months before we can get your bag" (my girlfriend called an hour later, got a different person, and I had it in two days) to the guy telling me "I don't have time right know" then hanging up on me, in response to my "Hi, I'd like to place an order". I've asked other people if they had the same experience, and without a doubt they all agree.
