Patagonia Heliem Pullover Shell Jackets

Patagonia Heliem Pullover Shell Jackets

DESCRIPTION

This ultra-light windshirt performs outrageously well in the mountains, yet stuffs into its own pocket (smaller than a snowball). Worn alone, it provides weather protection and next-to-skin comfort on blustery days.

This jacket is with me year round. I use it in the summer during windy and/or rainy days. It has kept me bone dry in medium rain. It is light weight and durable. I brought mine a size larger than I normally would so I have layered fleece over this when x-country skiing. It is a versatile jacket, in the summer it is my primary jacket, in the fall/winter it is my back-up for cycling, skiing, hiking.

Awesome shirt for the "light-fast" people. Only drawback is that it doesn't have a hood. Very breathable and very windproof (despite only saying its wind-resistant)It kept me cool in the baking sun and warm a few hours later in a white out. Very pleased with such a lightweight shirt.
