Looking for a ultra-lightweigth, no frills, barrier, look no further! Great item over some light insulation for humping in while the crud is falling. Light enough to toss your 'heavy's' on right over top of when you stop or get cold. Customer Service Model customer support. Wish all manufacturing companies had their commitment. This is a great shell for aerobic sports like running or biking where you want great breathability, wind and rain resistance yet very little bulk. Incredibly light and packable and well designed. I've been caught in rain a few times now (rains a lot in YVR!) and have been very pleased with the way the water beads on the fabric. Customer Service Like most Patagonia outerwear, this jacket is very streamlined and function without being heavy or overly bulky. |

I own a somewhat older Activent version of the Velocity shell and it is great! Weighs next to nothing, short, but with long arms making it perfect for cycling, mountain biking and rowing, to name a few activities. Similar Products Used: Patagonia Glade Runner |

Excellent fit in the XL for a longarmed apeguy. Light and tough, stands up to abuse and weather. A delight to wear, I don't notice anything but its colour, and that I'm winfd and rain free. Customer Service As usual Patagonia stands under and behind its product. Free zipper replacement, free shipping too! |
