Convenient stow-flap rolls hood up to form a collar when not in use. Features exterior Napoleon pocket for small essentials, two lower handwarmer pockets and two inside mesh pockets. Parka length offers full protection; drawcord waist and hem seal out the weather or ventilate as needed. Two-way front zipper has double storm flaps for full protection from wind, rain or snow.
