The North Face Cerro Torre Jacket Shell Jackets

The North Face Cerro Torre Jacket Shell Jackets

DESCRIPTION

Filled with synthetic PolarGuard 3D, this jacket is lightweight and compressible and very low maintenance. Synthetic insulation is more efficient in wet conditions than goose down. Compare to the classic Nuptse Jacket, which is the down-filled version.

Very good jacket. Light, warm, and windproof. I use it instead of Denali fleece on mountain. One problem- insulation packs out over time (hasn't noticably affected warmth though). Can wear it over shell at belays or high up where quick warmth is needed. One of the best pieces of kit I own

Customer Service

Only once- very good- Fixed rip in Kitchatna jacket (my fault) at no charge.

Mountain hardwear equivalent, Marmot equivalent. Both very good too.

This has been a very nice jacket for me. It has kept me quite comfortable even in a Jackson Hole winter. It is so nice to slip on after a few pitches on a frozen waterfall!!

Customer Service
