Pretty Nice jacket. I got the 2001/2002 season one and it''s msrp is 280. not sure what''s up with the 160 price. It''s a nice jacket. Keeps the heat in the chest area where I like it and lets my arms stay warm yet easy to move around. powder skirt is nice too for deep treeskiing. Lots of money when you can get a columbia pretty cheep that still is a great jacket.

Customer Service

This is a very good shell Jacket and performs extrodinarily for a 150$ jacket. SInce it sports the North Face Logo so you know its good and plus it comes with an attractive zip out fleece vest which would probably retail for about 60 ro more $ alone. Since North Face is known for being very expensive this is a great jacket that performs just as well as more expensive gore tex jackets for 1/4 of the price.
