Strength:

The programs and electronics far exceed what you get on treadmills costing much more. The flexing deck has a great feel to it, and if a firmer feel is wanted, additional shock absorbers can be added. Brooklyn mobile diesel mechanic

It works well for cycling and running. High-low zone setting function is great but I wish it were in one-beat increments rather than 5 beat incriments. The only problem that I have had is that it can be tempermental in cold weather below 45 degrees F. It cost much less now then when I bought it over two years ago.
