These are a pair of beasty good shoes, they take all the abuse that I have given them (Fell runnning - can't stand the big meaty heavy shoes that are supposidly for this more like fell crawling). Very good shock absorbsion, much better than my old 25psi Nikes, also the grip on the soles is astronomical. I was going to pay the £80 for these anyway before I found them half price. Only gripe, they are a bugger to get clean again after a run (the mesh type stuff absorbs the mud like a sponge). And very good on road to are these the ultamate running shoes?
