this board is straight up fierce, it floats high and fast in the pow and burns baby burns on the groomers. the other ambush reviews are dead on...this ride is totally stiff and mean and most definately not for beginners. a bit heaver than usual, and sucks in the park, but it's not built for tricks anyway. kick ass in the bowls, and even cruises right thru flats when others are huffing and pushing to find some gravity. don't ride with your friends on this board, you'll lose 'em in ten seconds. The running belt wore out after a year. One should lubricate the machine periodically for proper maintenance, but there was no mention of this in the manual.
