The performance of my treadmill was fine - sturdy frame, good folding mechanism, all features I need. BUT...now, 19 months after owning this treadmill, I must either
A.) get rid of it, or
B.) shell out 50% of the purchase price ($250) for a new walking belt.
That's right, after less than two years, the belt is disintegrating, has lumps all over, and is covering the workout area with foam rubber after every use. If you must use their products, get one with a regular belt.

Customer Service

The manufacturer has been completely unresponsive on their website (their forums don't work, nor do they respond to email), and inflexible on this issue over the phone.

We Like it. We won't be running 12mph anytime soon, more in the 7mph range, so we aren't using it full tilt all the time which should save on the motor. Relatively quiet, and we like the display.
