Strength:

Twintip for switch takeoffs and landings. Quick-turning. Awesome powder ski. Can ski groomers well if snow is soft. Probably the perfect ski if you ski tight powdery glades a lot of the time. - www.youtube.com/channel/UC4NsD5IzOfcMYCaeXNNKfhg

Weakness:

Ice (or bulletproof hardpack) as they tend to be a bit soft, though they are decent in crud!

I purchased this treadmill a few short weeks ago, One issue I have is why I see this item in a past catalogue priced at $2600 then priced down to $1299, I gotta wonder what the mark up deal is or are the machines gone obsolete so fast. I like the smoothness and cushoned deck, the programming is pretty worksy and like the workouts available, however in just a few weeks it seems to want to slow down on its own at speeds between 3-4 miles per hr. the display doesnt change and the sudden slowdown is a little unnerving. As well the roller assebly that carries the motor belt drive (made of cheaper plastic) has decided to warp causing vibration all up through the deck to my foot bottoms, this I find most annoying as I was pretty excited about this purchase. I only hope with my first home service call that the parts are up graded .See customer service review.

Customer Service

I called the Sears home central customer service hot line and reported the two problems with my three week old nordictrack treadmill. They said they would put me on a high priority as the machine was so new. Well true to form I got a call that afternoon from the tech whas asked if he could make his service call around dinner time, gratefull for this speedy service I agreed, He spent a little less than an hour and pretty much pinned the problem, hats off to the good service and attitude, we will have to see how the follow up and parts exchange work out...

Very good product. iFit concept is great, use it all the time. You hook-up the Sound Out port from your PC to the treadmill, connect to the iFit web site and then you click your way to your workout - an extraordinary concept in my humble opinion, speed and incline is fully controlled by the workout.

It's smooth operating and cushions your run well - I'm 220 and it's fine.

Customer Service

Typical excellent Sears customer service. They brought it up to our bedroom.
