This treadmill is nothing short of fantastic! It is well built and very solid. The performance is much better than others in this price range. It is very quiet-I can not even hear my wife walking on it in the next room (or early in the morning for that matter). It is also a very smooth and fluid treadmill to walk on with no aberrant or extraneous movements. This minimizes strain on your body, which of course nobody would want. Walking and running feel very natural with the appropriate amount of impact dampening. The HRC (Heart Rate Control) works great and the display is very pleasing and attractive. Without nearly doubling the price, we could not find a better treadmill. The customer service and support have been great. Fitness Gallery came out to our home to make some minor adjustments. We have had no significant problems with this treadmill.
