This is the best quality treadmill I've ever owned. I've been using it almost weekly for the last 9+ years without even a hint of a problem. Approximately every year I lubricate the running deck and that about it. The treadmill support structure is rock solid and allows me to run at full speed without any treadmill movement. True makes an incredible product and I'm very happy I paid the dollars to get it.
