Uppers feature synthetic leather for durability and support, plus mesh panels for light weight and breathability. Perforated Lycra(R)/neoprene collars with 4-way stretch enhance comfort. Benecke Ceraprene(R) heel counters and toe bumpers add to durability. Anatomical footbeds, Air Cushion(R) midsoles and molded EVA footframes team up to provide superb shock absorption. Injection-molded nylon arch shanks and nylon instep reinforcements offer plenty of support and stability underfoot. Merrell Accelerator rubber outsoles feature specially positioned plugs and fins for optimal trail traction.
