I am having trouble setting the weight ajustment on my atomic xentrix bindings. Can someone tell me how to do it.

I was ripping some high speed arcs from the top of the mountain, and one ski ski just fell off. I didnt even hit a pice of ice: it just popped off. I slid half way down the trail on my back, broke a brand-new pole trying to self-arrest myself, and wasted a perfectly good run. The DIN was set correctly as far as i can tell.
