Strength:

Vibration dampening is great.

Weakness:

don't try putting them on your self unless you really know what your doing.

I was unsure at first about these binding when I first bought these bindings. I lost all disbelief when I skied on them. I couldn't believe how much of a difference the bindings could make on the stiffness of the ski. Its like taking three different skis with you.
