The wide-bodied, very attractive salomon verse 7 had proven to be very forgiving on a semi-intermediate skier like me who''s prone to tipping sideways or backwards with the slightest surge of speed or upon descending on blue trails.I''ve tried on part powder/part icy and mushy conditions, and it delivered pretty well. I learned that applying the technique of tipping or edging your skiis (for shape ski owners)versus trying to snowplow or lift one leg, really is the safer way to go.As a recreational skier who still has a lot to learn, the verse 7 gave me back a lot of the confidence I lost blowing my right ACL last year while on a different skis.
