Lange Banshee 9 - Men's Mens

Lange Banshee 9 - Men's Mens

DESCRIPTION

This boots offer classic Lange performance to expert skiers who enjoy the free ride experience in steep and challenging terrain.. ACD Fit combines a precise last with a more generous fit in the most sensitive areas, assuring comfort without sacrificing performance. New thermo custom liners more closely follow the anatomy of your feet, and can be customized to ensure optimal fit. 180 Power Support increases the rigidity and responsiveness of the boots for improved performance in difficult snow conditions. Soft asymmetrical cuffs and the 180 Power Support work together for more gradual flex and great reactive response. Energy Forks provide a progressive flex and excellent rearward support. Canting adjustments allow the lateral alignment of the cuffs to be varied by about two° to suit different leg shapes. 40mm Velcro® straps ensure more effective closure of the cuffs, acting like a fifth buckle.

Strength:

Good lateral stiffness, strong power strap.

Weakness:

Buckles are sometimes tough to work with.

Very strong, stable boot for all mountain skiing. Has a bit more flex than i like but is still able to hold its own when pushed hard. Very comfortable with Langes clasic fit.

Strength:

Very stiff latterally the second you make the movements to initiate the turn the boots react and dive your edges into the snow. Relatively low cuffs which were good for me seeing i have stubby legs and would die in a longer cuffed boot. Heat molded so you can form them to your foot which greatly reduces the normal "break-in time". They have a 180 degree power support that you can remove if u decide to take it easy on the day. Comfortable. They look amazing (Transparent Blue with Green Highlights)

Weakness:

The price $400 big ones for these babies. but ill tell ya what the second I rode them I wouldnt have minded spending $600 on them.

One word describes these boots: AMAZING! these boots were fantastic. Although the label of "freeride" was put on these boots i took them everywhere i could dream of Ice Powder Jumps Cliffs<10ft (just cuz im not ballsy enough to go bigger) bumps, you name it they skied it.

Strength:

if you are short and have a fat foot and love to rip up nething on the mtn these are for you. flex index of 85 (fairly stiff) makes them ultra responsive

Weakness:

if u are tall or have a skinny foot the cuff might be too low or it might be too wide in the footbed

Amazing!!!!!
