These do what they are supposed to do, what else can I say. They keep me warm, wicks away moisture, and they are comfortable. I use them for skiing, winter fly fishing and winter mountain biking. They work. Similar Products Used: None |

I tried these pants on on the first night i spent in the winds wyoming and i told my friend i lost them and i kept them on for the whole trip. I have three pairs now and i live in them even when walking around town in cool weather. |

Damn fine product but real pricey. Overall, I like it a lot. Just wish it was a bit cheaper. Similar Products Used: many |

Lightweight capilene is the perfect base layer. It's light enough to go under anything. Yet it's heavy enough to wear as a primary insulating layer when one is on the move. And, of course, it's capilene, which is still the best of the wicking fabrics. The cuffs are long and tight, so you get full coverage without getting the pants under your heels. The waist is very high, so it is easy to stuff in a shirt tail and have it stay tucked. My one complaint is with the fly. Why is a fly necessary if one can just pull down the waistband? It's a superfluous feature (though it does happen to add an extra layer to an area that is particularly susceptible to wind-induced cold). I actually use these for layering in snowboarding, and fishing. . . anyways on with the review. Customer Service Patagonia is great. . .but not sure you'll use them for a pair of Cap underwear. Similar Products Used: Northface, Mountain Hardware |
