Ok so I couldn't believe I bought these. I was worried the clerk would start to wonder. Turns out this is the best purchase I have made in a long time. I LOVE these for active winter pursuits! I used to overheat when skiing or snowshoeing in lightweight bottoms and shell pants. Now the combo of silkweight and wp/breatable bibs leave me waterproof on the inside too. Also great for an extra layer in the summer. If you tend to run hot then this is the piece for you, but you wouldn't catch me wearing them w/o a layer over them.
