They're boots, they fit me. Typical of Scarpa everything is top quality. I swapped out the liners for the Thermo-flex type which I've been using for a few years. Therefore I can't say much about the stock liners but Scarpa has always had a good reptation in that department. The rubber compound used for the sole seems soft but it's holding up all right. Comfortable, reliable, versatile, expensive. I was lucky and found mine on sale.
