Great snowshoes to run on. I haven't had a bit of trouble from these shoes even at -25 degrees. They are very durable, lightweight, and the toe crampons give excellent traction. These are great for anybody who runs on somewhat packed snow or 6-12 inches of snow but not for someone who carries a pack in deep powder, they just aren't big enough to float in 3 feet of powder.
