i got them for a good price but the whole disign is flawed... when ever you go up the hill once or twice on a cold day you have to re tightin your bindings on the top of the hill!... overal if u go to a colder ski resort dont buy flows in total... my sister bought other flow bindings and had the same problem...

The new Pro model is my second pair of Flows. Way better than straps or clicks. There are enough adjustments to accomodate any size or style...Need careful set-up though...Manual not very helpful...You need dealer help or experienced Flow user. Proper set-up is critical. I only make minor adjustment at lunch time. I attach my free foot while sliding away from the chair. Way cool. Need to use silicone spray or Pledge to keep ice from packing on plates. Comfy support.
