Strength:

Very light, very strong. I really like the tough aluminum base, the nice padded nylon straps, and the aluminum ratchets. Of course, the carbon fiber backs make it really light and up the cool factor, and there aren''t many better looking bindings out there.

Weakness:

The padding on the highbacks is a little cheap, if you don''t take care of it it could come off. I ride hard, but no problems with the back falling off like other reviewers. I can see if you don''t take care of your stuff it can come off, but w/ a little tlc these things are gonna last me a long time.

Amazing bindings - super comfortable, super light, extremely supportive. Get the features of Burton CFX''s for much less.

These WERE great bindings! love''d the aluminum heel cup and carbon fiber HIGH back! very comfortable and i felt secure. HOwever, the padding on the back began to shred and tear off after 2 days of boarding. the "G" logo on the back came off. Also, the adjuster for the forward lean cracked. So i returned it. otherwise these were AWESOME bindings.... but spend $10 and get RIDE PRESTON EX!!!

These bindings are great as far as stability and weight goes, but I notice the back of my boot pulling away a bit too far from the high-back a lot. Could be me and I just need to move the straps though.
