I bought these 06/07 Spi bindings to go with my new 06/07 Ride Timeless. At first I wasn't very excited about these bindings. After mounting them on my board, I took them for a test drive in my living room. I was excited, I couldn't help it. I had a hard time getting my boots into the bindings. The heal of my boot was a very tight fit into the back of the binding. After a few adjustments on the bindings, it was a little better.

Besides the initial tight fit, these bindings are really nice. They are very customizable at every point. It took me a few runs, and several adjustments to get them where I wanted, but now they work great. After using them on the mountain, I like the tight fit on my boots. They give you a nice snug fit. The Aluminum Response system makes these bindings very stiff w/ not much flex at all. Unfortunately, they are not as light as they claim to be. Definitely not heavy, but not necessarily light weight as the manufacturer claims.

I got a great deal on these at Costco.com for $129 ($209 everywhere else). I would definitely suggest these bindings to anyone for this low price. I probably wouldn't have paid $209 for these. If you are considering buying these bindings, buy them at Costco.com or wait until an after season sale to buy them at a discounted price.

I have the 2006 model of these bindings and they are some of the most solid bindings out there, they hold my foot better than almost any other binding I've ridden, and they can tighten down tighter than other bindings that cost much more. The only problems with this binding are that it's roller buckles, though a good idea, are many times a very big pain to use, and it's convertible toe strap is a bit wimpy in comparison to other convertible's, like K2's.

I got these bindings when my other ones busted. They're very nice bindings, I got the black and Chrome ones. They've held up wonderfully for 3 seasons. The only real sign of use is that the chroming chips off, but thats mostly from banging up against stuff, not from actually riding. They're comfy, offer good support, and fit my boots real nice. I'd definatly recommend these.

Burton Freestyles- they were a real piece of junk.
