Strength:

Easy in, Easy out - great service from VANS if you have any problems. The Team has adjustable forward angle that works really well, and is stiff. In deep snow it can be a little tricky in any step in - but these binding tend to push the snow out while you step in so they work great.

Weakness:

The step in mechanism gets pretty abused from getting in and out. So cosmetically it gets beat up, otherwise it works just great.

Excellent step in binding - works smooth, easy to set up, and well made. VANS customer support is the best I have ever experienced. My highback release mechanism broke around the 1 year mark of the warranty and they sent me a completely new set of bindings without any grief - and for free.

Great binding period.. Very light, extremely responsive, very durable. I just recently made the switch from straps and I will never go back. With the switch team x stepins you feel like your feet are literally part of the board. I recommend these to anyone looking to make the switch to step-ins!
