Snowboarder

I bought these boots mainly for the cheap price, and because they looked pretty decent. I wasn't expecting too much performance out of them, but boy was I wrong. They are stiff as a mutha, and light as a tennis shoe. I they're extremely comfortable, and keep your dry all day. I wish they would have had internal laces, but then they wouldn't be entry level boots I guess... They fit perfectly with my new flow fl-5's and have performed for over a year of heavy riding now.(about 50 trips). The outer material is starting to peel on the toe of my right boot, probably from holding my board up the lift but they don't leak yet so I guess it's just cosmetic. It cups pretty well to your heel, and I have a size too big. Overall, very very impressive for the price. I might just buy them again once they wear out.

Customer Service

Haven't needed it yet.

A couple different pairs of vision boots-they leaked, had no traction, and were heavy, but the support wasn't too terrible.
