K2 Bike Satellite Freeride

K2 Bike Satellite Freeride

DESCRIPTION

An ideal ride for the just-getting-started all-mountain recreational rider who wants a snowboard to progress on to the next level. A thoroughly built, all new directional shape and Elite cap construction make it easy to gain all-mountain ground. The new tapered tail means turns start and end smooth and easy. Medium flex and a new progressive sidecut equal mellow absorption of hilly terrain and better turning. A Mach 1500 extruded base is fast, strong and easy to take care of.

Strength:

easy to ride.

Weakness:

none, if you use it for freeride.

When reading the first review by: Eric Babcock, HardCore, from Manie, i was troubled by the spelling in his post, however I want to let people know that I love the K2 Sat. and would tell people to buy it.

Strength:

Duribul

Weakness:

slow and bad for free style.

This board was ok. It duribul and good for beggineres only and crusing down the mountian. It was very tough to land with this board and very bad in the half-pipe. I would not pay over 140 for this board or you are getting a bad deal.

Fast and maneuverable board, great for getting started and I imagine I''ll be on it a few seasons. Definitely a fine look to it. I went with it because my choices here were limited but for the price its worth checking out against anything else that I''ve seen since (I paid $390cdn+tax for the board and plasma v6 bindings).
