The Salomon 450 is a great board, I have used it a tun in the last. I have a few digs in it but it has held up well for how much I ride. I just got a new 550 on sale for 299$ from AmericaSkiing.com ... Can't wait for the snow to start falling to give it a try! |

None, though if you're a first time rider, you may want to go with a more flexible board. The Salomon 450 is one of, if not the, best boards I've ever ridden. I have used it many times through the last season, and it has barely shown any signs of wear and tear. The cap construction on the board lets it hold an edge real well, and when paired along with the curve or flexibility of the board (not too flexible, not too stiff. perfect for all mountain use), it makes this board very responsive.
