The Hull Raiser offers easy loading, complete with a pair of heavy duty straps with padded buckles to protect your boat and vehicle from scratches. With its unique design, the Hull Raiser offers the most efficient use of cross bar space. Mount this rack quickly and easily to either round OR square bars.
