Columbia knows that fleece should ideally be more than a soft fuzzy layer. So it made the Women's Just Right Fleece Vest with extra-soft fleece and added amazing water-repellency too. Omni-Shield advanced repellency treatment is integrated into the fleece's fibers, so if the rain clouds threaten on your next hike, you needn't worry: the light rain will just bead up on the fleece's surface. (Of course, in the event of a full-on monsoon, you'll definitely want a regular rain shell.) Columbia also added helpful stretch panels at the sides for extra mobility, a high collar for extra warmth and comfort, and zippered security pockets to keep small items safely at hand.
