, from Bogota, Colombia Summary: When you take out your Wheatley box from your vest pocket, all people arround come to ask you something, that's the nice part. This is my first and last Wheatley box, not much quality for a "quality" price. If you want separate compartments for your dries, you can find aluminium boxes with windows, with the same quality, at 1/10 the price of this box, and you can spend the remaining $180 on two or three prime Whitting necks. Strengths: Its renown. Very beautiful. Convenient for dry flies. Lightweight.
Weaknesses: I expected more quality for the price, the pins that hold the windows get dissasembled with continued use. Poor quality for the window locking system, a weak wire that works the 50% of the times. Price: You aren't going to feel comfortable with such an expensive box inside your vest when you're wading. It could last a hundred years, but my grandchildren are going to find it cheap anyway. Customer Service: Haven't tryed yet. Similar Products Used: A lot of brands, and not happy with any.
