Summary: This review is actually for the Orvis Braided leaders. These things are amazing. By far the most supple leaders on the market. While it is true that they market it as an easier way to change tippets by having a loop to loop tippet to leader connection, I do not see this as the main selling point. I have stopped buying the braided tippets (at $10 for 4) in favor of tying regular tippet with a boylan knot to accomplish the same loop to loop feature. Another great thing about these things is that they have a good amount of shock absorbing stretch while still not being super stretchy. This has saved a couple of 20 inchers from breaking me off at the last minute when they decide they haven't quite had enough.
Strengths: Super supple....the best chance at a drag free drift with absolutely no straightening required
Shock absorbing
Easy tippet changes
Weaknesses: If fishing with any weight at all like beadheads or split shot, the leader does not have the stiffness to really turn over. Mainly a dry fly leader.

Customer Service: Never had to use it but the guys at the store are super friendly and helpful. After accidentaly running into one of the guys from the shop on the river, he recognized me and followed up on how I was liking the rod I had bought there a few weeks back. It was a good feeling to not be treated as just another sale.

Body of Water: Shenandoah Brooks
Summary: Nice, good quality leader.
Strengths: These Leaders have a nice feel to them. Once straightened from their time within the package, resist knotting(Even after sitting on the kitchen table for a couple of weeks!). Knotless system makes for an easier fishing trip all around, and extends the time too flyline replacement for someone like me who changes leader and line all the time. With judicious tipped use you shouldn't have to replace anything for a while.
Weaknesses: They're not the cheapest leaders around, but are worth the price
Customer Service: At their Tysons Corner store there's a range of fishing knowledge, depending on who's working and where they got dragged of too in the store.

Summary: This is a great leader for the money. I used to think that people only bought Orvis stuff because they were too lazy to tie their own knots (you'd be surprised how many people that's true for). . . but this is a good product from them. I'd buy these leaders again.
Strengths: I've always been reluctant towards Orvis products for some reason. . . but after having a few gift certificates to spend, it's not that bad of a store. These leaders are great. There isn't a whole lot I can say about leaders, but these just work well. . . they don't don't get tangled up as easily as some after sticking them in your pocket (don't ask, but for some reason I'm always getting knots in my leaders for no apparent reason going from my pocket to the line). They seem to last a long time compared to others, and being "Superstrong", they really don't snap as easily when snagged (the hook usually bends first).
Weaknesses: don't see a whole lot.
Customer Service: Not sure why I would need it for a leader, but some of the people in the store seemed helpful if that matters.
