Summary: This is a great reel. Very light, and strong enough to survive drops on to the boat deck, and baths in saltwater.
Strengths: Large smooth cork drag. The reel handle is nice and large. The reel is light. After 8 hours of casting, a light reel is a blessing!
Weaknesses: Only goes up to 10wt (10/12). The 10/12 model is an extra large 10wt, or a small 12 weight.
Customer Service: Never used.

Summary: Great reels for the money. The FR-Series large arbor reels are a step up.
Strengths: As good as it gets for a conventional DD fly reel. Huge cork drag works smoothly. Perfect bonefish reel.
Weaknesses: None that I can think of.
Customer Service: No problem

Summary: An awesome looking and performing reel. The price is right.
Strengths: Seriously easy on the eyes and lightweight design. Drag is extrememly smooth and handled Alaskan steelhead without a hitch.
Weaknesses: Drag washer is easy to drop when changing spools (just try finding a hardware store in Yakutat AK!) The washer could easily be incorporated as an integral unit with the arbor.
