Summary: great all around reel i bought the 456 model and loaded it with 5wt.line teamed with a orvis silver label 5wt. couldnt ask for a better trout or light tackle smallie setup. for bigger fish a little better drag couldnt hurt. but as we all know flyfishing is an expensive hobbie and for the budget oriented fisherman who wants a quality product that can take the use and abuse i strongly recommend this one to anyone
Strengths: great duribility, lightweight, and price i managed to get it on clearance at the sports authority (originally $80). great bargain.
Weaknesses: they didnt have any more for me to buy. None yet i am totally happy with the reel.
Customer Service: havent used it

Summary: As stated above, great reel for the price I paid. If you want a reel, and addl. spool for under 100.00, this is your product. My 10 year old will be happy to see dad get tired of this one.
Strengths: Price paid for reel I got. The original price was at 80.00. Was going to buy about a 35.00 reel, and found this demo. Great reel, durable, decent drag, and getting the smaller version is easier to fish on long days. Will go to my 10 year old, as soon as I decide to move up? If I do.
Weaknesses: None at this time.
Customer Service: Haven't used.

Summary: My 1st fly reel and still one of my favorites. Bang it off the rocks and it doesn't care (I've done it many times on accident). I now have a couple of these. You can get a reel and a spare spool for under $100 and they'll last until you can't cast anymore. For anyone on a budget, there's no better reel for the price.
Strengths: smooth, light, durable
Weaknesses: I'd have to stretch to come up with any.
